Ouchy!

Made lots of progress on inside and outside projects on Sunday + too much lounging around and napping yesterday + sleeping a little funny last night + my mild to moderate scoliosis = SUPER sore lower back today! Boo! 

In addition to my "usual" hot shower, yoga and stretching, and hot tea (oh and kitty snuggles!).... 


....what other suggestions or tips or tricks do you have for helping a sore back feel better?
