Gratitude Sunday

I am joining Taryn of Wooly Moss Roots in celebrating a few things that I am so very thankful for.

It has been an interesting spring so far, to say the least, this past Friday night on the way home from visiting friends in Bloomington it got even more so when a deer ran into our car and we hit it. We are beyond thankful that while the deer and the car did not fare well we are safe, a little achey, but safe! While this has been a nutty past few weeks we have so much to be thankful for, to say the least!

- We are healthy, we have a warm, safe, and cozy house, we have family and friends that love us and support us, and we have each other!

- The cold tolerant seeds that I put in last weekend are making little green sprouts!

- It was warm enough today that I made the first batch of sun tea for the season!

- Macabean has sensed that we need some extra snuggles and come through with lots of them.

- I found 100th anniversary blue  Ball Mason jars!!! I am now the proud owner of two boxes.

- We found a patio table that we agree on so now the search is on for chairs and time to clean up the yard for spring!

- The temperatures have been delightful! Not too hot (most days) and a nice breeze!

- Gluten free shortbread! Such a treat!

What are you thankful for you this week?!!!
