This little blog was originally my health and fitness blog and has since morphed into a more whole health blog with a heavy dose of those things that make me happy and feel at peace... like knitting and hopefully soon more photography, books I'm reading, music I'm loving, etc...
All that said, it's important for me to also include physical health too! This week I've been keeping a food/weight diary and trying to examine trends in my eating, exercise, etc... what I've found is that while I tend to make healthy choices in general, I tend to eat larger and/or more portions than necessary. So this is something I am going to try and pay attention to and be aware of as I move through this week. I am also going to make a more concerted effort to try and get some sort of exercise in every day. So here's to slow and lasting changes!
