Strawberry Jam ~ Post I ~ Leaving on a Jetplane

I am flying to Atlanta for a conference for work in about three and a half hours so why not start strawberry jam, right?! RIGHT!

Thanks to groupon, I started subscribing to Whole Living Magazine and this month they have an article about CSAs and eating local that included recipes for summer season eating. One of the recipes was for a very simple strawberry jam that can be refrigerated for up to a week or frozen. I have strawberries that will likely go bad before I get back on Monday evening. So, there you have it, jam!
