Sometimes in knitting, and in life, one needs to undo what they have done and restart. Yesterday after knitting along at a good clip for 45 minutes I realized that I was missing a stitch on the edge of the diagonal baby blanket (yep, still working on the silly,er beautiful, thing)and therefore, it needed to be frogged. So I ripped out 3-4 inches of knitting and reworked it... ugh!
This is about the way I am feeling about my health goals right now. I don't want to undo what I have done (a loss of about .5- 1 inches) however, I feel like I need to reboot and rethink my process and choices for my physical health. I journaled for a few days and then stopped, I need to retstart this so I can understand themes in my food and workout choices.
So there we have it... sometimes you need to rip out, start from where you are, and be kind to yourself in the process.
Okay..so this post is more of a reminder to me but maybe someone else will find it helpful?
